When will be order be shipped?

All our orders are processed Monday - Friday excluding weekends and Public Holidays. 

All our orders are dispatched from our Warehouse in Ayr, QLD. 

All our orders are sent via Regular Post but if you need your order urgently than Express Postage is $15AUD extra. 

Please note all our prices on the website are in 'AUD' unless stated otherwise.

How do I track my order?

You will receive tracking number once you have finalised your order. This tracking number is for use with Australia Post only. Enter your tracking number here

Please note: you need to include your email address in your order to be able to receive your tracking number. 

Once your order has left our warehouse, the responsibility becomes of that postal service. Delivery times are dependent on Australia Post and we take no responsibility for deliveries that are late due to courier delays.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Please contact us on sales@spookzclothing.com.au for pricing and include your full address for accurate shipping costs or hit the Contact Us button at the bottom of the page.


Please note that International orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes unique to your country.

This is normally based on items being over a certain value set by your local authority. These taxes are out of our control and we cannot prepay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be. Spookz Clothing will not mark your package as a “sample” or “gift“ to avoid these taxes.

Delivery times above are dependent on the third-party suppliers, Australia Post, Startrack and Fastway Couriers.

Factors outside of Spookz Clothing's control include, but are not limited to weather, customs processing times and unforeseeable circumstances  - these may cause delays on expected delivery times.

Your product will normally reach you within the estimated delivery times listed below plus 1-2 days of variance.

Acceptance of Goods

The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods, should there be a fault.

Returns & Exchange

Do you accept Refunds or Exchange?

Please contact us within 20 days or 30 days for international. If you contact us outside the specified days since your date of purchase, unfortunately we can not offer a refund or exchange.

To meet the requirements for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as your received it. Also must be sent in it's original packaging. 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify when the goods have been received and also if the refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, than your refund will be processed and the payment will be automatically applied to your original method of payment, within 10 days.


Unfortunately Sale Items cannot be refunded or exchanged.


We only replace items if they are of defect or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please send us an email sales@spookzclothing.com.au and send your item to Spookz Clothing, 10 Ahern Street, Ayr QLD 4807.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you request a refund, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund. We always recommend using a trackable postal service when returning items, incase of the unlikely event we do not receive it.


How can I pay?

We only accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal at present. 

But stay tuned incase we bring in AfterPay or ZipPay.

Can I get a discount?

You sure can! 

When you sign up to the Newsletter you will be sent a discount code to be used on orders over $85.00AUD which is limited to one per customer and one order only.

NB: This discount code can not be used in conjunction with Custom Designs.
